Monday, May 3, 2021 at 7pm at the Cathedral of St. Paul

Confirmation Retreat Options at St. Joseph

December 5, 2020 OR February 20, 2021 (Both are Saturdays from 9a-9p)
Candidates only attend one of the dates. Selection/Registration of a retreat date is a part of the Record Form below.

Specific Information Needed to Complete this form: Candidate’s date of Baptism (if not Baptized at St. Joseph you will also need to note name and address of Church of Baptism), Sponsor’s Email, &  Address, and Retreat Date planning to attend.

Confirmation Saint Name Reflection

Due December 1, 2020
Candidate will need to research their Saint prior to completing this form. Key information we are looking for is Saints date of birth and death, their feast day, if they are a Patron Saint of anything specific, their story, what they did for a living, etc.

Volunteer Reflections are due by April 1, 2021. Please complete them along the way as you finish a volunteer experience. There are no set number of hours required, but instead that Candidates make the effort to volunteer in all three areas.

Baptismal Certificates

If the Candidate was Baptized at St. Joseph (Rosemount) you do not need to do anything.

If the Candidate was not Baptized at St. Joseph you will need to request a NEW Baptismal Certificate with notations from the Candidate’s Church of Baptism. It must be a newly issued certificate (we cannot accept copies and it must be newly issued within 6 months of Confirmation). New certificates can be mailed to the Parish office with Attn: Ann Brown.
