High School (Grades 9-12)

High School Formation

High School youth (grades 9-12) gather on Wednesday evenings in small groups to unpack and learn more about their faith. Through small group discussion and utilizing content from Ascension Press and YDisciple, teens are guided to build a deeper relationship with Jesus and the Catholic Church He established.

Program Highlights

  • Wednesday Evenings from 7pm-8:30pm
  • Home Taught Model Option Available (Parents are provided the materials to complete the lessons at home on their own time and at their own pace)
  • Youth Ministry based nights and Q&A nights with the Pastor are built into some Wednesday Evenings
  • 1st Wednesday of the Month will be Family Formation nights from 6:30pm-7:30pm with guest speakers for the whole family (This is in place of the normal 7pm class these evenings)
  • 9th Graders will utilize the "Connected" curriculum from Ascension Press about Catholic Social Teaching as well as supplementing materials from "The Search" and "Symbolon"
  • Confirmation Preparation is incorporated into the 10th Grade Faith Formation Program and utilizes the "Chosen: Your Journey Toward Confirmation" curriculum
  • Youth Ministry opportunities provided throughout the year as well for additional formation & connection with the Church (i.e. Summer Mission Trip, Retreats, etc.) {See below for current and upcoming events!}
