Faith Formation Registration & Fees

2021-2022 Faith Formation and/or Sacramental Preparation Registration

Registration Fees & the Online Registration Form are noted below.

Onsite Faith Formation classes are FULL and closed for registering for the 2021-2022 school year. Families can still opt to register and complete the materials as an At-Home Model for Formation and/or Sacramental Preparation.

Registration Fees

Please note that we never want financial burden to be a reason to not register for Faith Formation or Sacramental Prep. Scholarships are available. Sacramental Preparation is an additional fee to the Faith Formation fees. $50 Discount for families with an adult volunteer helping with Faith Formation!

Late Fee Pricing Per Family (after August 15)

1 Child = $200
2 Children = $350
3 Children = $480
4 Children = $590
5 Children = $690
6 Children = $790

Additional Sacramental Prep Fee = $150 per child

How to Pay?

The registration form (below) will ask at the very end if you wish to pay online, via check, with a payment plan, or to request a scholarship. Once you have finished registering you will receive an email with further details on these payment options. Contact the parish office at 651-423-4402 if you have additional questions.

The form cannot be saved as you are registering, so please plan accordingly to register your child(ren) all at once. The registration is quick and easy and should not take more than a few minutes per child to complete.
