Record Form – Due December 1, 2020
This form requests information we need to properly record/document the reception of the Sacrament. Additionally, the form will ask for your Mass time for First Eucharist as well as an approximate number of guests attending. (You can change your Mass time and numbers at a later date if plans change in your family).
First Sacraments Key Dates & Information PDF
If the child was Baptized at St. Joseph (Rosemount) you do not need to do anything.
If the child was not Baptized at St. Joseph you will need to submit a copy of their Baptism Certificate by January 15, 2021. If mailing it, please put “Attn: Ann Brown”.

First Reconciliation Key Dates
Learning Center – CANCELLED
Due to COVID precautions, the Learning Center for First Reconciliation will be cancelled and materials to complete will instead be sent home on Wednesday October 28th. (We do not need materials back as proof of completion.)
Sunday, January 10, 2021 at 9:30am OR 11:30am
(Presentation will only be about 45 minutes and you only need to attend one session. We will discuss the Sacrament in more detail as well as logistics for the Service.)
First Reconciliation Sacrament Service
Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 9am
(We will start and end the service together as a group. Multiple priests will be available to hear the youth’s Confession.)
First Eucharist Key Dates
Learning Center / Retreat
Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 9am-4pm
(The Learning Center retreat will take about 3 hours to complete and will entail different stations in the Social Hall and in the Church.)
Rehearsal & Presentation
Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 9am
(A presentation will be given reinforcing the TRUE Presence of Christ in the Eucharist as well as logistic and rehearsing for the Sacrament, including youth practicing receiving and consuming unconsecrated host and wine.)
First Eucharist Weekend Celebration!
Saturday/Sunday, May 1-2, 2021 during 5pm, 8:30am, 10:30am and 12:30pm Masses
(Sign-up for a Mass time is a part of the Online Record Form. The 12:30pm Sunday Mass is an extra Mass specifically for First Eucharist Families.)
