Sacramental Preparation

Ministry Description

The Sacraments of Initiation in the Catholic Church, comprising Baptism, Eucharist, and Confirmation, mark significant stages in a believer’s spiritual journey. Baptism is the gateway to the other sacraments, signifying rebirth and purification. The Eucharist, or Holy Communion, represents Christ’s sacrifice and our unity with Him. Confirmation strengthens the grace of Baptism, sealing believers with the gift of the Holy Spirit.

The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults/Children (OCIA/C) is a process guiding individuals towards these sacraments, fostering a deeper understanding and commitment to our faith. These sacraments and the OCIA together form the foundation of a Catholic’s spiritual life.
