 NEW THIS YEAR

Theme Basket Silent Auction

A Theme Basket  Silent Auction is being added to the mix at the Festival this year. We need your help with donations of items that can be included in “Theme Baskets” for bidding at the Silent Auction.  This is a great opportunity for all to participate in the success of our Fundraiser.

All you have to do is create a Theme Basket of your choice . Simply take a white tag off the tree, create a theme then fill up a basket and return.  It’s that simple!  Examples of different types of themes are shown on the tag, or create your own.  The sky’s the limit.  Please remember that all items need to be new and unused.  Our suggestions are only suggestions – please feel free to be creative.  All finished baskets may be brought back anytime  to the Parish office  between August 24 and September 18.
