American Heritage Girls (AHG) is a faith-based leadership and character development program for girls between 5-18 years old. This non-profit organization sponsored by St. Joseph Community and offers: badge programs, service projects, girl leadership opportunities and outdoor experiences. Boy Scout Troop 207 is chartered by St. Joseph Community and is open to boys in 6th-12th Grade.

The Troop meets during the school year on Monday evenings at 6:30pm at St. Joseph Community.

Cub Scouts Pack 207 is sponsored by St. Joseph Community and is open to boys in Kindergarten thru 5th Grade. In Cub Scouts your son will have fun, learn new skills, and make friends for a lifetime.

The Pack typically meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 6:30pm at St. Joseph Community.

Youth of all ages are invited to help serve donuts after the 8:30am & 10:30am Mass on the 2nd Sunday of the month. This is a great opportunity to get the whole family involved and volunteering together.

Middle School & High School youth are invited to volunteer within the Faith Formation programs as appropriate. Youth can help as assistants or leaders in small groups, hall monitors, technology assistants or even behind the scenes with projects.

Youth volunteering with Faith Formation programming are required to have a signed code of conduct and 2 references on file.

Various Girl Scouts troops meet throughout the year here at St. Joseph Community. Each group meets at various times during the month. For more information about local girl scout troops click here.

Each summer a group of 30-40 High School youth and adults go on a week long Mission Trip within the US. Check out our High School Faith Formation page for more information about Youth Ministry opportunities, including the Mission Trip.

Middle School & High School youth are invited to volunteer with the St. Joseph Community Nursery, offered during the 10:30am Sunday Mass during the school year. Youth volunteers assist adults in supervising and providing a joyful environment for nursery participants aged 1-3.

St. Joseph Community offers a VBS program for those entering K-5 Grade during the first full week of August. There are opportunities for youth to participate and our Middle School & High School youth (and adults too!) to volunteer. Contact the parish office for registration details.
